Sign in to check your current membership first. A web purchase does not cancel an existing subscription or transfer its remaining time. Manage that subscription with Apple or Google to avoid overlapping charges.
Is Sible free?
The mobile app is free to download. Free access includes text chat with a usage allowance, conversation memory and a one-time call trial. Memberships, Gems and optional shop purchases cost extra.
How do usage limits work?
Chat and voice use your plan’s allowance. Paid plans still have limits, and calling time varies with usage. Check your remaining allowance in the app. Learn about voice calls or how memory works.
When does my membership begin?
Your membership begins when payment is confirmed, so you can start using it right away. Use the same Sible account on your devices.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Paid plans offer monthly or annual billing and renew automatically until cancelled. Yearly prices are the total charged for the year. Review the final price and renewal terms at checkout before paying. Manage or cancel a web subscription through your Sible account, an Apple subscription through Apple, or a Google Play subscription through Google Play.
Do I need another account?
No. Use the same Apple or email sign-in as your existing Sible account. If you cannot access it, contact support before creating another account.
